To maintain this standard, we have established guidelines for using our services, which you agree to by accessing them. These principles also extend to encouraging others to act in accordance with these rules.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Scanning or probing our systems and networks for vulnerabilities.

• Circumventing any authentication or security protocols.

• Gaining unauthorized access, modifying, or using restricted areas of our services.

• Disrupting, overloading, spamming, or interfering with the service, or disregarding network-related requests, procedures, policies, or regulations.

• Engaging in the creation of accounts for any purpose other than legitimate use through supported interfaces, including bulk account creation.

• Disturbing users with unsolicited messages, advertisements, or spam.

• Promoting products or services without proper consent, especially when they are not your own.

• Forging email headers or otherwise misleading users about the origin of transmitted content, including fraudulent or deceptive messages.

• Impersonating any individual or entity, or misrepresenting your association with any person or organization.

• Collecting or storing personal data from other users without consent.

• Abusing BullQR's features, such as "unlimited" scanning, beyond normal use.

• Distributing illegal files or content that violates intellectual property laws, contains malicious software, or features objectionable material, including extremist or terrorist content.

• Engaging in harassment, defamation, threats, or abuse directed at BullQR employees, representatives, or service users.

• Promoting hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other personal characteristics.

• Violating any applicable laws, whether local, state, national, or international, or infringing on the privacy and rights of others.
